SIZING AND MATERIALS 

Can you help me find the right size?
Most products are true to size please refer to the size that model is wearing etc. For any further questions on sizing or if a certain product does not have a corresponding size chart, please contact info@liberaticlothing.co.uk

 

What materials/fabrics do we use and where do we produce ?
All our clothing is made and produced in Tottenham, London. Our outwear is made and produced in Manchester,UK.We source our fabrics and trims from reputable manufacturers that use recycled and regenerated fibres to create our polyester fabric. Our trims use okeo-tex certified materials. We keep our garment manufacturing Uk based on the majority of our products to help cut our c02 emissions

 

What do we stand by? 
We standby ethical and sustainable practices. With all our apparel being made less than 10 miles down the road from us in Tottenham, London.

 

What happens once I have placed my order?
Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

What payment methods can I use?
Liberati Clothing accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept secure payments via PayPal.

 

SHIPPING AND RETUNRS 

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website. 

 

When will I receive my package?
We ask that you allow up to 7 working days to receive your purchase. Please see our Shipping Policy page for further information.

Is my package insured?
All deliveries are insured against loss, accidental damage and theft while in transit.

 

What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?
We strive to ensure goods leave us in the best condition however if your item is damaged in transit, please contact info@liberaticlothing.co.uk immediately.
