We ship worldwide and aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout. All orders outside of the UK are subject to custom fees regulated by your country of delivery's government.
All orders placed on or before any UK public/ bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
UK shipping time is 3 - 5 working days.

Order Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. This email will include an order tracking number, carrier information, and a link to access the order status. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days after confirming your order.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost or you are having trouble locating it, please email us at, and we'll be happy to assist you. All deliveries are insured against loss, accidental damage, and theft during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Returning Unwanted Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us, and we'll be happy to process a return. Liberati gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the order delivery date. Orders are sent back at the cost of the buyer.

Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 14 days of the order delivery date. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s). Please allow 1-2 business days for refunds to credit/debit cards or PayPal, although in rare situations, it may take up to 3-5 days.
